Alliance to offer a consolidated umbrella of turnkey design and development services October 16, 2007- Dubai, United Arab Emirates: - S.S. Lootah International, the international business arm of the Dubai based conglomerate S.S Lootah Group will be presenting holistic project management solutions for turnkey design and development at the "Cityscape" exhibition, provided by an alliance of seven international companies with whom S.S Lootah has entered into joint ventures with. This alliance is the largest of its kind in private sector sustainable construction where the combined size of the alliance is around $ 20 billion with a workforce of more than 15000 and 22 experts specialised in LEED certification.

The alliance includes ZAS-PSE, TROW, H.H Angus, Lootah-Vanbots, State Group International, TAS Designbuild and NCK Engineering Ltd. Each of the companies brings to the table specialised international expertise ranging from architecture and design, engineering consultancy to MEP, Infrastructure and Construction with footprints across continents.
